Sanlorenzo yacht charter through two different Corsican layouts
A traditional SL88 flybridge and the SD118’s asymmetric upper deck offer different ways to enjoy southern Corsica. Use the actual table, shade, rooms and circulation to decide which arrangement fits the charter.
SL88: traditional layers with individual refits
The original SL88 has a raised bridge, flybridge and enclosed main saloon. Its technical brochure includes alternative layouts, so current photographs and room plans are essential to a useful comparison. It should not be confused with the later SX88 or treated as identical to every yacht advertised simply as Sanlorenzo 88.
SD118: the upper deck changes side to side
The SD118 keeps an outside passage on the upper port side and a wide-body arrangement to starboard. That is a concrete spatial difference to discuss for a longer stay. The proposed furniture and interior should explain how the asymmetry serves dining, conversation and quieter time aboard.
Choose a Corsican pace that suits the people
A family meal, a coastal passage and a settled pause may require fewer itinerary changes than the yacht’s scale suggests. Tell the captain whether swimming, shore visits or simply spending time aboard is most important. Bonifacio boarding and any Sardinian crossing need an agreed operational plan.
Compare the actual vessels
Build year, refit, cabin plan, departure and crew belong with the model name. Design berths are distinct from permitted charter guests. Request a complete proposal identifying the vessel, equipment and total cost.
