From enquiry to confirmation

Start with the date, party size and the kind of southern Corsican day you want. Mention a Lavezzi interest, cliff route or Sardinian destination clearly, because these imply different planning. Give any mobility needs or fixed travel connection at the same time.

The proposal should identify the actual yacht and operator, with photographs and capacities. Overnight guests need a separate cabin plan. Ask which crew and equipment are included and how the route will be assessed for the conditions and current local rules.

Review the cost with fuel, food, ports and any expense allowance explained. The terms should say how weather decisions, changes and cancellation are handled. Sending the form does not reserve a yacht or take payment; a booking follows the operator's written agreement.

Before departure, circulate the exact harbour meeting point and required passenger information. The captain's briefing and operational judgement govern the day. Keep the itinerary flexible enough that a sensible change still gives the group a worthwhile charter.
